Print the above form and take with you to Kroger. You register your card only once per year. Thereafter, every time you shop at Kroger and present the Kroger Share Card, the DFW Humane Society will receive a percentage of your grocery bill.

The Tom Thumb Good Neighbor Program works the same way.
Present your reward card to customer service and reference # 988 to your card.
