Veterinary InformationThe DFW Humane Society low cost certificate program covers only the cost of the surgery. All veterinarians do require vaccinations and testing before surgery. Some veterinarians also require pre-anesthesia blood work. Vaccinations and blood work will be an additional cost to you. Please understand that the fee for the spay/neuter of the pet is a general guideline and that additional charges incurred (i.e., pregnancy, retained testicle, in heat, etc.) are your responsibility and must be paid when the your pet is retrieved after surgery. You must provide proof of current vaccination for your pet or be charged for necessary innoculations at the time of treatment. You agree to make an appointment with a participating veterinarian before the expiration date of this certificate and follow their pre- and post-surgery instructions. Please contact one of the participating veterinarians on the list provided below to determine what they require. You can also ensure the participating veterinarian still participates in this program. We keep this list as updated as possible. Check to make sure the veterinarian's location is convenient to you LBJ Animal Clinic 972-286-640712500 Lake June Rd.
