Dallas is a 2-year-old mixed breed who's had a bumpy start but hasn't lost his love for life and people. Originally from the City of Irving, he came to DFW Humane Society in 2023 and was adopted out-only to be returned as an "Unwanted Gift" in June. But we know he's far more than that-he's a total sweetheart who just needs the right family to love him forever.
Dallas is playful and gets along great with other dogs. He seems to be potty trained and absolutely adores tennis balls and plushy toys. His treat motivation makes him an excellent candidate for continued training. With a medium-to-high energy level, Dallas thrives on playtime and loves car rides. After playtime or activity, he does calm down. An active owner/family would be perfect. While he's still learning leash manners and working on not jumping up to show his affection, his loving nature shines through in everything he does.
