She came to our family in April 2014. She was called Lizzy at the shelter, but we renamed her ‘Happy’. We wanted her to be happy with us, but she made us happy! Happy became our treasure. Now we are thinking of adopting another cat for Happy so that she is not lonely when we are out to work.

My name is Orson. Don’t you think I’m a handsome boy. The lovely people at DFWHS rescued me when I was 5 months old. I arrived at my new home in January 2009. I celebrated my first birthday March 5th with my new persons. They love me very much. I love them back by giving them hugs around their neck and kisses on their cheeks. I let them know how lucky they are to have me by sleeping on their lap. Life is very good!

The Luna girls and Tiger took home 1st Place in the DFW Strut Your Mutt Halloween Contest! We adopted Tiger July 3rd, 2013. He is settling in Luna family really well.

Annabelle (the dog on the right) was adopted about 8 years ago from the DFW Humane Society. She is very protective of our kids, and loves all children. She knows how to play dead and roll over, and is a very funny dog. We love her and her sister Talula, who was also a rescue. Thank you DFW Humane Society!

Charlie (formerly known as Champ) adopted by Doug on 09/13/2013
Champ (nka Charlie) has fit right in at home with his other four-legged siblings. We originally took him home to foster for a few days, but he was not impressed by the cats, so we had to bring him back. However, we couldn’t forget his happy-go-lucky attitude and adorable face. So, he’s officially home with us now, learning to not pay attention to the cats as much, and sticking by our sides constantly. We’re so happy to have him in our family!

Shiloh is such a sweet girl! She is very friendly and loves to cuddle! We started taking training classes and she loves it! She is very smart and learns very quick. She is 9 months now and I adopted her exactly a month ago! I am very happy to haver her home with me!
