My daughter and husband found Zuko at an adoption event at a volleyball tournament in Dallas. We were not in a spot to adopt a dog because we had just rescued a puppy and had 2 geriatric dogs while living in a rental. We knew we were moving in 2 months and told ourselves if he is still there when we move we will adopt him. Fast forward 2 months and we knew he has been moved to the ASPCA and found him again. My husband drove all the way from Dallas to KY after adopting Zuko and surprised us all. The ASPCA had said he had been fostered twice but returned both times. Well we knew he was meant to be ours all along and so did he. He now lives with a sister and brother dog and 3 kids on a 102 acre farm. He loves swimming in the ponds, creeks and riding in the side by side. He gets to roam with his dog sibling all day and go on adventures. He has the best temperament and go with the flow attitude. We are so blessed that he was still available and he now has his forever home!
