I found Hailey (her adoption name was Valentine but I changed it) at your shelter in 2002. She was 2 months old and the cutest dog I’ve ever seen. I was told there was a long waiting list for her. I said, “Put me on it.” I was told several times the list was so long I wouldn’t get her. I got on the list and came to visit her every day you were open. One day I got the call to come get my dog. She has been my best friend ever since. She is now 18 years old and still my best friend
